At Clearspring, we take pride in the quality of our organic and authentic foods; if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we offer a straightforward return process to ensure your satisfaction. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we can only accept returns on items that are faulty or unopened within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue, including photos if the item is damaged.

  Receive Authorization

  Our team will review your request within 48 hours and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with the return shipping address.

• 3.
  Pack Securely

  Place the unopened items in their original packaging, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the parcel to ensure fast processing.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once we receive and inspect your returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
